Conduct patient interviews and comprehensive assessments addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social aspects to develop individualized treatment plans.

Document patient information, identified problems, treatment plans, interventions provided, and resulting outcomes in a clear and timely manner.

Analyze necessary factors for the patient’s return to daily life and plan for discharge by providing essential information regarding the illness to both patients and their families.

Apply specialized professional experience in specific areas to provide training and knowledge-sharing with other healthcare personnel both internally and externally.

Take the lead in developing or innovating treatment approaches specific to certain conditions or diseases.

Utilize proper body mechanics during patient care and while performing therapeutic activities to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Maintain all therapy equipment and tools in good working condition and ensure readiness for use.

Prepare incident reports in cases of adverse events or near-miss situations to support proactive risk management.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, other healthcare staff, and patients to ensure coordinated care and optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

Has at least 8–10 years of work experience

Possesses a valid professional license in Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy
